Once you book, I’ll send out a questionnaire to learn more about you and your partner, followed by a casual meet-up over drinks to break the ice and get comfortable. FAQs
Booking a session is simple! Just contact me through our contact page to discuss available dates and details for your session. I will ask a few questions to get to know you a little more. After we confirm the details, you’ll receive an invoice finalise your booking. A deposit is required to secure your session date
Choosing the right wardrobe is important for a successful portrait session. Once we have arranged a date and agreed on a location, I will provide a mood board which will provide wardrobe ideas. I recommend wearing solid colours, soft neutrals, or simple patterns to keep the focus on your face. Avoid clothes with logos or distracting designs. Be sure to wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident!
Once I have uploaded all your images to my computer, I will cull a few then upload to a private online gallery. There, you can select your favourites for me to edit and finalise. The full edited gallery will typically be delivered in 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the shoot and the number of photos. You’ll receive a personalized gallery where you can view and download your final images. Your images will be delivered in one colour grade and two black and white grades.
Yes, all photos come professionally edited, including colour correction, exposure adjustments, and minor retouching (like skin smoothing or stray hair removal). If you would like more extensive retouching (e.g., removing larger imperfections, adding effects), please let me know, and we can discuss additional charges.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. We generally allow rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may incur a fee.
Yes! These make a great gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. You can purchase a gift certificate for a specific amount or for a full session. Please contact me to get more details or to order one.
