Shaina drove all the way out to our desired location, and between a newborn baby, tantrums with a toddler & two nervous parents she made us feel very comfortable, with her soft yet directive nature, very friendly & easy to engage with while maintaining her professionalism. She was amazing with the kids & we felt very comfortable with her in our space.
