Not only is she a true master of her craft, she is also just a lovely human that makes you feel completely at ease.
Being a pretty camera-shy/awkward person I never really thought I wanted a maternity shoot, but I am so so glad I did! I now have the most beautiful photos with my daughter and “Baby B” to remember this really special part of our lives. In a matter of minutes, Shaina’s genuine and calm nature had me feeling so comfortable, even hanging out in my underwear (something I never thought I would say!). Not to mention how quickly she made my three-year old comfortable, who was all too happy to be involved in the photos.
I was so impressed by Shaina’s ability to come into a space and utilise the natural light in such a striking way. Her photos have such a beautiful tone to them – she has such a talent for capturing those candid moments, while also making her portraits look so natural. When I saw the unedited images I was blown away, but after selecting my favourites and receiving the edits, she really just took them to a whole other level.
